    Interactions between HIV Infection and Sepsis among Critically Ill Patients: A Systematic Review

    Abstract: The epidemiology of critically ill human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)-infected patients admitted to intensive care units (ICU) dramatically changes since the advent of highly active antiretroviral therapy (HAART).
    Dystrophic Fat Lipoplasty in HIV Patients. Focus on lower Limb Lipodystrophy and Introduction of Fat Assisted Body Sculpturing (FABS)

    Abstract: With increasing prevalence of acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS) and improved prognosis of patients due to chronic use of highly active antiretroviral therapy (HAART), multiple adverse effects have been also reported, especially lipodystrophy. This study was done to check the effectiveness of fat assisted body sculpturing for lipodystrophy in HIV positive patients.
