    Aims & Scope
    Annals of Food Processing and Preservation is an open access, peer reviewed, multidisciplinary, academic Journal focusing upon the biological, and physical sciences engineering, are used to study the nature of foods, the causes of deterioration, the principles underlying food processing, increasing the shelf life of the food. The Journal is focused in the new advancements in the technologies and techniques used in the Food Processing and preservation through multiple techniques without decreasing the nutritional value which is the major challenge.
