With great enthusiasm I reviewed the article by Dolphin
et al. published recently evaluating the anesthetic efficacy of
the TuttleNumbNow (TNN) intraosseous technique when
compared to a buccal infiltration for pulpal anesthesia in
the mandibular first molar [1].
