We raise the invoice for article processing charges when the article is ready for publication after the review, formatting, and designing.
If the author wishes to withdraw the article for personal reasons at the very initial stage of publication, we deduct 10% of the charges towards proof, review, and editorial efforts.
No refund is possible after two weeks (14 days) of the article publication with DOI, volume, and issued NOs allocated.
If the article is retracted on the grounds of any malpractices, the publisher is not responsible for its withdrawal/retraction and no fee will be refunded.
Journal performs all their process quickly and on time for which it is necessary to pay the cost too. Once Editorial Board accepted an article for publication, article processing charges become due to the author.
The corresponding author at the time of submission accepts that he/she should pay the article processing charges. After completing the final submission or after the publication, if an author wants to cancel the publication, the fee once deposited will not be refunded according to the Terms and Conditions that the author has accepted during the author declaration form of the respective Journal.
Cancellation or Withdrawal Policy
The cancellation or withdrawal of an article at its initial stage (before Peer Review), payment (if the payment is paid prior to decision) will be refunded (with the deduction of 6% processing charges) to you within 14 days. There are no refunds for accepted articles. The author has the freedom to withdraw the article if it is published somewhere else but payment is refunded or not it depends on the terms and conditions.
Conditions for the Accepting Refunds/Returns for a Service
When an article is rejected by the Reviewer due to technical reasons, if the payment is paid prior to the decision) your payment will be refunded (with the deduction of 6% processing charges) to you within 14 days.
Once an article is published in the respective Journal with Volume and Issue, the publication fee will not be reverted back to the author.
