Research on the Evaluation of Emergency Response ability of Logistics Personnel in Colleges and Universities - Abstract
In order to investigate the emergency response capability of logistics personnel, this paper adopts the method of physiological experiments to analyse the psychological responses of logistics personnel during emergencies by real-time monitoring of their physiological indices during emergencies, and to investigate the correlation and regularity of these physiological indices with emergency response capability. The results showed that six physiological indicators, namely heart rate, respiratory rate, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, NN50 and LF/HF, changed significantly during the event compared to baseline, and an f-index was constructed for the preparedness of logistics personnel in colleges and universities. The index can be used to quantitatively assess the emergency preparedness of logisticians; the age, psychological state and emergency preparedness knowledge of logisticians have an important impact on their emergency preparedness
