Special Issue on Pediatric Otolaryngology
Patients with ear, nose, and throat issues frequently visit physicians', urgent care centers, emergency departments, and children's hospitals. The field of paediatric otolaryngology has grown greatly since its inception in the 1970s, and much more so in the past five to ten years. This special issue's goal is to give our paediatrician colleagues an opportunity to hear about new developments in both diagnostic and therapeutic approaches that can now help with the treatment of kids with ear, nose, and throat diseases.
Pediatric otolaryngology is a constantly evolving field. In order to excel in our professional development and broaden clinical application, our goal is to provide the most recent clinical information and scientific research.
The goal of this Special Issue is to showcase the state of knowledge about the most common paediatric ENT illnesses.
Topics of interest include but are not limited to ear disease and hearing loss, adenoid hypertrophy/adenoiditis, otitis media with effusion, voice problems, obstructive sleep apnea, hearing loss, deafness, and speech disorders. airway issues, head and neck masses, and infectious diseases of the head and neck.
The field's leading specialists are encouraged to contribute manuscripts on all relevant subjects. We encourage you to submit original research papers, case reports, literature reviews, and systematic reviews.
Manuscripts submitted would focus on how techniques for diagnosing specific conditions have improved, how current surgical procedures have been changed to be less invasive and better tolerated, and finally how new technology and procedures enable clinicians to treat otolaryngologic disorders that were previously untreatable.
I look forward to receiving your contributions to this Special Issue since they will offer insightful analysis into all facets of current developments in paediatric otolaryngology.
