An elevated blood level is a medical condition that can be determined by the amount of blood the heart pumps and the amount of resistance to blood flow in the arteries. The greater the blood the heart pumps, the narrower would be the arteries and the higher the blood pressure levels. An estimated 1.13 billion people globally are hyper tens and its implications are visible in the heart, kidney, brain and other organs.
