Hypertension in Pediatric Population: A Review of Literature - Abstract
Risk factors for hypertension in PEDIATRIC POPULATION include obesity, high birth weight (LBW), consuming alcohol, smoking, consuming fast food rich in
salt, environmental factors (rural), and exposure to particulate matter (PM) air pollution. Most of the 20 journals obtained for the literature in this study are
obesity risk factors related to lifestyle (less activity, wrong diet), high BMI, and consuming sugary drinks.
