We commend the authors for their work in the published article “Efficacy and tolerability of valproate versus topiramate in migraine prevention, a randomized controlled multi-center trial,” which provides valuable insights into the comparative efficacy of two wellestablished antiepileptic drugs, valproate and topiramate, for the treatment of migraine [1].
