As the primary disease that threatens human health and life seriously, the situation of chronic diseases is becoming increasingly severe. In recent years,
many studies of patient compliance have emerged in the field of general practice. This article reviews the progress of research on patient compliance and
cognitive psychological factors. In order to improve the level of patient compliance and optimize the management effect of chronic diseases in the context of
the new medical model. From the current research status, new ideas and suggestions have been proposed.
