Annals of Food Processing and Preservation is an open access, peer reviewed, multidisciplinary, academic journal that focuses on the nature and type of the food, chemical and natural preservatives applied, and the technological advancements used in preservation and packing of the products to safeguard its natural qualities and nutrient values.
Food processing is nothing but refining the raw plant or animal products into fine, and ready to consumed ones by adding preservatives so as to strengthen their shelf life. The intention is to enhance the quality. Nutrient values and ability to sustain environmental pressures. The journal, therefore, focuses on a wide range of topics pertaining to multiple scientific disciplines.
